Men,
SnapIt screen capture software is being used by our athletic department almost on a daily basis. We use it to enhance scouting reports, video teaching tapes for players and coaches, and also in the classroom with powerpoint.
We use HUDL as our video editing system and the files can be easily transferred into presentations on there as well.

this is why wr do silly little cone drills every day. great examples of 'slamming' the foot in the ground and selling a route with your eyes. not to mention, one hell of a catch at the end. the end zone view is great.

worth watching...just to hear the announcers. got to the 3:00 mark and listen.

Declaration of Independence

Great action on a remarkable document that may be as highly undervalued by many today than any other formal document. Speaking of men who had guts! Happy 4th once again. I just enjoyed one of the most awesome fireworks shows celebrating our American Independence ever!

Small world? Greg & I's current head coach, Cody White, was the offensive coordinator at Odessa Permian when Friday Night Lights was filmed. Larry Moore coached with us in 2006, before that he was the head coach/AD at Georgetown, TX where they used his facilities in the filming of Varsity Blues.

Big Man Bash!

Many of you guys know about Lineman Challenges and such already..but some of you may not be too familiar with this so I posted about the event we attended this past Saturday morning. Fellow offensive line cohort Coach Jeff Wigington was talking to DeSoto line coach Kelly Spiller at our Denison football clinic this past Spring as the DeSoto staff led by former Jacket football coach and current Desoto offensive coordinator Todd Peterman graciously shared their offensive knowledge. Coach Spiller invited us to this Big MAn Bash..so myself and new JAcket varsity football coach Wes Scott drove down with Coach with coach "Wig"..It was a great event and done very well...Desoto Head Football Coach Claude Mathis had his whole staff there along with folks from Nike Sparq training...check out this link if you are not familiar with them http://www.nike.com/nikeos/p/sparqtraining/en_US/

Great deal for kids to get recogninzed and compare some objective testing data..good motivational tool!
